Pho Delicious - East Longmeadow

We stopped for lunch and ordered the pig with rice, beef pho and lemon grass soup. The beef pho was very good and tasteful, there was simply not enough in it. I ordered the Xtra big size and I found myself looking for more beef and noodles. The noodles were all in a big lump, I had to take some time to separate them manually. My guess is that they cook and share the noodles before, then add them to order. However, it is done, it is very remarkable and uncomfortable. Apart from the lump of noodles and the lack of beef, the pho was very tasteful and pleasant, like the rest of our meal. I would come back absolutely.

Delicious new Vietnamese restaurant! When I came from Boston, I was not sure what to expect, but her Pho is absolutely incredible! It had a mixture of different spices that you could taste easily and the noodles were cooked exactly right. The bungalow (vermicelli) with grilled pork was also delicious. The pig was perfectly marinated and gave me the special burst of taste when eaten with the vermicelli noodles. This is my new way to the Vietnamese place when I go to Western Massachusetts!

Visits with family living nearby and both food and service was on site. The self-built spring roller plate was so delicious and fun to eat. The meats were juicy and well fed and the vegetables were crisp. It was a unique experience that we all enjoyed.

Ph. Virgin is my favorite dish and the one she at Ph... Also the atmosphere is great and the staff was super polite. Will definitely go back.

Went out here once for takeout and the food we got was amazing. My boyfriend and I just got back from Vietnam and were really craving Vietnamese food and this place hit the spot. I’m going to be honest, I don’t go to a Vietnamese restaurant for the service, I go for the food. Lower your service expectations and just enjoy the food because this place is legit (not saying this about this restaurant, just Vietnamese restaurants in particular). The service we got here was good, however, we didn’t do a sit down meal. We got the egg rolls and rice vermicelli with grilled pork. Both were excellent and definitely coming back when we visit again!
