Mcdonald's East London Vincent Drive-thru

I went to McD's Vincent during my lunch break today and there was quite a bit of customers. After about 10 mins the supervisor noticed I'm still waiting. She went to Super woman mode and help to get the orders out quicker so that the few of us who are staff members that work in the area could get our meals and enjoy our lunch breaks. She's a star amongst stars.

I waited for my order for more than 30mins and the store was not even busy, all what the stuff was doing was to make a noise, I’m not sure whether they were excited by the 31st Dec even so they should have work ethics and make sure that people get their orders on time. This ladies took my slip while still busy preparing it she was also on the phone which was not even work related because she was talking to “mntase”

Hubby and I decided to go to McDonald's to get some ice cream on a very hot day. We walked into the branch, there was not a single person to help us at the counter as we were using my app to redeem the ice cream. Some staff members were in the kitchen and saw us eventually and just ignored us. A manager then saw us, called for her 2 staff members to come and help us who were seated at the tables. The guy came to take our order, didn't even greet us. We told him we were there to redeem. He said we must just follow what the app says. On the redeem section there's a time out . We showed him the screen after it deducted my points. Eventually it timed out. He told us to try it again, it didn't want to work. The staff walked off, didn't even explain anything to us. So unhelpful. Won't be back again .

I was 100% happy with the service I got here, I even shared my satisfaction with one of the staff members, everyone was friendly and polite. We didn't have to wait long before receiving our order, and my kids enjoyed the playing on the play area. I spent more than I had budgeted because of the friendly staff. Keep it up

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! The assistant was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered breakfast, and to my surprise, he offered me a muffin as a little extra treat. I also remembered to add some nuggets to my order. Overall, it was a great visit!
