Snowflake Cafe - East Lansing

This place is nice and clean and the food are fresh but the choices of protein and sauces not as many as others poke bowl places I have been to anyway the choices of topping are good.

This review is meant to inform everyone that the Poké Lab has reopened. I'm currently waiting for my order, so I can't comment on the food just yet, but I've seen many reviews mentioning that they were closed for a while. I’m not sure exactly when they reopened, but they are now open for business. Their current hours are Monday to Friday from noon to 8:00 PM. So if you were waiting for them to reopen, you can now visit!

Fantastic! I'm thrilled that East Lansing has such a unique gem! The Bingsoo was absolutely delicious—more than enough to share with my friend after dinner. The service was incredibly friendly, and the decor is lovely and modern. Everything was very clean. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

Pretty good. They were from the salad when we left, but substituted edamame. We ordered online and retrieved for about 2 hours later. Everything was room temperature when we got it, so I think they did it and left it on the pickup shelf for 2 hours. Overall, I liked Poké Fresh around the corner better.

Fresh, delicious build your own poke bowls and burritos. Only complaint is I wish they offered mixed greens for a salad base....all they have is iceberg lettuce. I’ll be back for sure.
