I went to their shop, looked at the TV with their menu and ordered the
Hallo jimmy john is involved. I am very disappointed by my experience here at the harrison location. after a morning from st. patricks daytime fun and tomfoolery, all I wanted to smash on a turkey tom with cheese and gurken. to my disappointment my jimmy brot was burned and there were no gurkens before place beyond sad and disappointed.
If zero stars were an option, I would definitely rate it. these people are terrible to work with and overall super slow and not great. they screw up and eat is not always a good price.
About the worst experience I have had with ANY food service establishment. I made a delivery order with this Jimmy John's and it took 2.5 hours for it to be delivered. After the first hour, I called to see the status of my order; they told me their delivery driver wasn't even in yet. What establishment offers delivery with no driver? After the first 1.5 hours, I called again, they told me that the driver had just arrived and would be headed out soon. An hour after that my order still had not arrived. Soon thereafter, I received a text from the delivery driver asking the address for drop off. I am completely and utterly embarrassed for this establishment. Not only we're they not helpful, they were inconsiderate and lacked basic knowledge of food service. do NOT go here, order here, give them business. Waste of time and money.
