After the drive we went up to the door and said that they no longer took orders and the restaurant was visibly closed. we spent the next half an hour talking to someone but could not talk to a human, only automated realignment. Finally, I wrote with an agent and they said they would refund us within 3-5 working days. when we get the refund that all the others were treated, we did not have time to go somewhere. can not believe that they still go mobile ordering when they are closed early, it is good if they are underoccupied and have to close early, but please turn off their mobile order
When the line is long when they go in, they expect to wait 30 minutes in this line. as soon as they order, they get to watch, the curly hair dude literally do everything in slow motion. cost him almost 1:30 to wrap the burrito himself. he stopped talking to his employees. the line was only longer than they took their sweet time. sure they will be paid $13/hr, but wait a 30-minute when there are 5 people in the line to begin is quite ridiculous.
Chipotle worst. always from the witness, the staff is slow, the portions are terrible. Oh, make sure they don't order delivery, they get half the portion and pay a poor and for it
It 's Friday night in East Lansing, around 7:30 p.m. and we come to Chipotle for dinner. We expect the line to be long and the restaurant to be busy, but tonight was different. As we approached the front counter to place our order, we notice several things that had a negative impact on our experience. First off, there was an employee behind the counter eating chips in everyone 's faces. We over heard him complaining to other coworkers about what am I supposed to do? . There was a young lady working her butt off trying to accommodate for the customers needs by: calling out refills, cutting chicken herself, and making the food all at the same time. Meanwhile, there 's another employee standing right next to her not doing anything. When she finally stepped up, she completely made our orders incorrectly, clearly showing that she was untrained. When we finally get to the cashier (guy eating chips), he tells us, after ordering chips and guacamole, that there are no chips. In addition to him exclaiming that the chips he was eating are not back there, he also had a disrespectful and condescending tone. Most of these issues are managerial in nature which made this the worst chipotle experience we ever had. We will not be going here again.
This was quite possibly the worst chipotle i ever had in my entire life and i will never return to this location again. I opened my burrito it was so filled with so many beans I couldn’t taste anything else and it was had holes in it, it was covered in black marks i couldn’t tell what they were so i stopped eating the burrito. As soon as i got home my stomach started bubbling and ive been on the toilet since horrible location
