The servers were great but the type of donuts I asked for chocolate frosted was not available

I worked at this Dunkin’ Donuts for not even a full day I would say about 2 hours. While I was there the 2 older Spanish employees I was working with they were BEYOND RUDE to me and customers. They kept rolling there eyes, stomping there feet. It was my first day the employees didn’t show me around I had no idea we’re anything was and they just expected me to know what I was doing. And when I didn’t know what I was doing it made them very mad. But what really set me off was that there was a customer who came inside he was mentally disabled and deaf I went up to take his order and like I said before I was new and unable to find were the items were on the screen so I asked One of the workers if they can please help me and they said “oh just keep looking you’ll find it” and walked away… I wasn’t able to find it. So I walked away and let the other employee know to help the customer when she can she ignored me and walked to the back. 10 minutes later the disabled person started crying and freaking out because all he wanted to do was order his food and she was refusing to take his order. At that point I was getting upset and I walked out and contacted the general manager and let her know how I was being treated and how the other employee was treating customers and the general manager DID NOT CARE AT ALL. This place is disgusting and I would not recommend working for this Dunkin’ Donuts no matter how desperately you need a job. And I wouldn’t recommend eating at this Dunkin’ Donuts as the inside is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year.

Closes half an hour before the time it claims and If you catch them in the last hour “they don’t have it” or “the machine is broken”

The workers are very slow and you have to keep repeating your order so they would understand. Would not go back to this dunkin.

I get every morning my bagel twist and tee here...more friendly and fresh bagel
