Mcdonald's - East Hartford

Fast service and clean... Good place for fast food well done.

Food was good and hot. quickly brought out and nicely packed. Curbside Pickup is a good choice to get your order right and avoid the drive thru line.

Through the drive thru and ordered. I was told that my order was in my pocket and I was set. Wing to my goal and looked at the job. The order was missing two big pommes. The place was called and the solution of when I came, then can I get my two pommes?. I informed the individual that I usually did not go there and it would be out of the way. The individual found out later that he informed me about the shift supervision? I don't know what to tell you.? I asked to talk to the manager, and the individual said he was. I asked for clarification whether he was the manager or the supervisor in whom he identified that he was the supervisor. I called the manager the next day and after she didn't get the best solution, she said that no matter what she wanted to say, I was already upset and nothing could make me happy?. This place treated the situation extremely unprofessional and gave me no reasonable solution, as I would have to leave my way to correct the location error!

This McDonalds always forgets something, never gets the order exactly or has you waiting for something on the menu that should be readily available

I paid for bacon on my double cheeseburger and when I got my food it was cold and no bacon and sloppy I wont go here again
