Przekaż informację zwrotnąEven before we arrived, the lack of service should have signaled what we were in for. Upon booking, we filled out a form indicating our arrival time, but it turned out to be meaningless. Trusting our instincts, we decided to check in proactively since we wouldn't arrive until around 8 PM (we always stop in Southampton for dinner at one of our favorite spots that doesn’t open until 5 PM). What a surprise it was when the coordination turned into a chaotic mess. When we asked if anyone would assist us with our bags, we received a chuckle and the response, “I will be here and will do what I can.” While that young lady did stay until we checked in and was somewhat helpful with the bags, she ended up leaving our bags in the pouring rain under a tree while she drove back to the office for the “correct key” (more on that later). We were shocked and left standing in the rain until her return. Once we finally got into the suite, we had to leave our bags by the living room fireplace for hours to dry off. The next morning, we discovered that the master bedroom shower was broken and the fireplace didn’t work, forcing us to shower in one of the guest rooms. When we prepared to leave for our 11 AM appointment at the winery, we realized that the keys left by the front office the night before did not work. This meant we had to exit through the back door and lock ourselves out, hoping the situation would be resolved by the time we returned. What a mess! Additionally, there was an attempt to book a yacht sail, but when we went to the front office, the receptionist was on the phone handling a personal matter and completely ignored us. We figured it out ourselves. Fast forward to checkout, and this same receptionist treated us with the same disregard. We didn’t hold back when expressing our dissatisfaction, but she remained plain rude. At that point, we decided to discourage anyone we could from visiting this extremely overpriced and unfriendly establishment! The “new” management (Ruchi) made a weak attempt to intervene during our stay with a failed maintenance response, a bottle of bubbly, and minimal follow-up. However, the issues persisted, and the bathroom was never rectified. Their poor attitudes were truly shocking. While all customers should be treated equally, we were astounded that, as guests who paid for one of the highest-tier suites, we felt so unwelcome that it nearly ruined our impression of the Hamptons. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay away from EHP and don’t let the property’s “beauty” deceive you! Their claim of being a 5-star establishment is genuinely laughable!
We hosted a small corporate offsite at this venue, and it was absolutely perfect! The meeting room, catering, and accommodations all went seamlessly. Brigid and Ruchi even organized a happy hour for us before our yacht charter, which the team really enjoyed. Thank you all!
I had a wonderful experience at EHP Resort and Marina. The cottages are fantastic, the pillows are really comfortable, and Ruchi from the front desk is simply amazing! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me with dinner reservations and transportation. Enjoying drinks by the pool was a delightful addition to my stay. I will definitely be returning!
I love the location, and the fact that I can walk to dinner at both of the restaurants. The pool is very nice . My one bedroom cottage was lovely , comfortable, clean , and a great surprise in an area where there are few hotels. They could easily make this place a five star resort! Almost there… The manager Ruchi is already a five star service star. Nothing I asked was too much for her and she went out of her way to help me. Above and beyond! I highly recommend staying here if visiting East Hampton.
We came here for our breakfast coffee as we were convinced that we would get a good coffee and some pastries based on the good reviews.However, we were faced with an unmotivated barista team that was not able to get a decent cup of coffee out of their machine. The overall disappointing start into the day was moderated by a proper chocolate croissant
