Gull Lake Cruises - East Gull Lake

This restaurant review is much improved from our previous experience. Initially, there was a mistake with our reservation time, leading us to believe our cruise would be cancelled. However, the team at the restaurant contacted us and not only rescheduled for free, but also offered complimentary drinks from the open bar. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service.

I recently went on Gull Lake Cruises for the second time and the experience was perfectly managed. We were informed of when to check in, board the boat, and what to expect throughout the 2-hour ride. We enjoyed the views of Gull Lake and the surrounding sights. The cruise offered an open bar and snacks for passengers to enjoy. Parking was convenient, located downhill near the boat. After the cruise, we visited a nearby bar and restaurant for a drink, wrapping up a truly wonderful time.

We had a fantastic brunch cruise on Gull Lake aboard the North Star. Captain Erik and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on safety. They pointed out interesting sights, served delicious food and drinks, and provided information about the lake. We were warmly welcomed, had a great time on the cruise, and appreciated the clean ship and smooth disembarking process. We definitely plan to do it again! Thank you to Captain Erik and the crew for a wonderful experience.

This restaurant greatly improved their service after initially ruining our experience. We had feared our cruise would be canceled, but they called to apologize and offered us a free meal with an open bar. We were very appreciative of their efforts.

The bar next door was great and the drinks were good. The boat itself is very nice and has everything you could ask for. The tour itself was a bit lacking, as we wanted more information on the surroundings. While seeing celebrity homes was interesting, we were more interested in the history of the sea and the surroundings. The music was played too loudly, making it difficult to hear the people we were with. They were good about wearing masks and keeping things clean.
