Summit Mountain Lodge Steakhouse

Summit Mountain offers a comfortable, unique stay in one of the most beautiful landscapes of the American Glacier Park. Great food and service, friendly atmosphere. Directly on the highway, access to the Glacier is either east or west. A great place for travelers, locals and special events. A real jewel.

What an amazing place. The owner went beyond and beyond to make our stay perfect. His staff had just finished a day early before the season and he climbed to the plate to fulfill all the tasks and make sure we still have full experience. The food was absolutely amazing and the covered deck overlooking the mountains was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the meal. The cabins were sweet, clean and very quiet. The new main lodge is stunning and a beautiful place to step inside and enjoy the view from the comfortable couches. Couldn't recommend this place anymore. I wish we could stay more than one night!

Mountain Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. There is the secluded Bergian feeling you expect in Glacier. The lounge building is absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing, just sitting and enjoying the view. We also had dinner at the Steakhouse, which was absolutely delicious. The owner took the time to come and ask us how everything was a nice personal touch. Cabins were cozy and very clean. Very recommended!

Nice location. Cabin did not have air conditioning. When we booked it plainly stated cabins had AC and heat. We made it work with the single fan that was provided, but I would’ve liked it to have been a more comfortable stay. The main lodge is very nice, much more updated than the cabin we stayed in. Steakhouse was also very nice. Close to both the east and west Glacier NP entrances. Weak Wi-Fi, not a huge problem for us but may be for some.

What a surprise this restaurant was! Great food, service, and view of the mountains. Interesting menu and great drinks too. We tried the quail appetizer, salads, salmon and pasta dishes all were perfect. There were not many dining options in the Glacier area, so please support this restaurant. They were staffed and very good!!
