The Owls Nest Public House

We visited the restaurant on Mother's Day and were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in, with a kind reception and attentive bar person. The meals arrived quickly and were delicious, with generous portion sizes. We even received doggy bags as the meals were too large for us. The desserts were also delicious. Overall, we were impressed by how well we were taken care of and will definitely return. The bill came to just £47, making it a great value for a lovely Mother's Day lunch. Thank you Owls Nest!

This charming pub has a fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. The homemade pies are excellent value for the price and you won't be disappointed. There are plenty of other meal options to choose from, and they cater to dietary requirements as well.

I recently visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch and I was very impressed. The menu may not be very extensive, but all the meals we tried were absolutely delicious. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were all very friendly and it was clear that they enjoyed their work. Thank you for a great experience!

Steak was fab. Scampi too. The service fantastic, as was the entertainment. Our waitress was very friendly, checkout website for entertainment, 3 weeks out of four, worth a visit.

Our first visit and we’ll certainly be back. Food was excellent, very tasty and great portions. Friendly service and reasonable price. Loved the traditional feel, would definitely recommend.
