Kenniford Farm Cafe - East Devon

Grumpy unwelcoming from chap behind the counter. 2x Breakfast rolls made from local produce at £6.90 each. The food was cremated so badly that it was impossible to tell how good those pigs could have really tasted! Very poor, overly expensive and extremely unhappy with the experience at the Frome outlet next to Mole Valley Farmers. ****!

The Mole Valley Heathfield van has declined in quality. Yesterday, we ordered bacon and egg rolls and the bacon was not crispy, but burnt. The eggs were also covered in griddle residue, so we ended up throwing away both rolls. The staff appeared uninterested and could benefit from better training. This is the second time we have visited recently and received subpar food. We may give it another try if we hear positive reviews, but so far all we've heard is negative.

I am not reviewing the Cafe, which is great. I am reviewing the Hog Roast that I enjoyed aboard the Pride of Exmouth, a boat owned by Stewart Lines and operating out of Exmouth.

This restaurant experience was completely unacceptable. The elderly woman working in the kitchen in Frome, Somerset was unpleasant and unwilling to serve. They were out of essential items like roasties and onions, and the kitchen was filthy. We decided to leave without ordering as we couldn't justify spending our money there. The woman working couldn't even hear us due to a blaring radio. We decided to go to a nearby café that is always busy and serves delicious freshly cooked food. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of how poorly it is run.

Been to kenniford farm in frome a few times and never had any issues. The last time I arrived, I was made to feel like a burden rather than a customer. The wait time was ridiculous to the point that people left the queue and left, no comment at all from the lady serving, just the look of death. When I was finally served I was told most was off sale as they didn't have the stock and with what I bought was minimal for the price I paid. Kitchen looked filthy, attitude was appalling, food was below average and just a visit I wish I never encountered. Will not be going back!
