Pizza Hut - East Cleveland

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I tried to place my order through the app, but it didn't go through. When I asked for a refund, I was told that only the manager could issue it. After waiting for over 20 minutes for the manager to arrive, I was informed that refunds were not part of their policy. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand instead of waiting and being told by a manager who had to drive to the store. It seemed odd that the manager was not on site ensuring that orders were being handled properly. As a result of this policy, I was unable to receive a refund. Not great, Pizza Hut.

I initially thought the food at this restaurant was good, but it was so overcooked that it was difficult to eat. I had to contact the store to confirm its location because Google couldn't locate it, but the person who answered the phone put me on hold twice and never picked up. It's disappointing because Pizza Hut is usually one of my go-to pizza places.

I ordered a white sauce pizza and it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.

The restaurant delivery driver delivered my food and left it on the porch without notification. No phone call was made to alert me of the food had been delivered. the app was never updated to show delivered it showed out for delivery and still shows this. the pizza must have been on the porch for hours. this is unacceptable, I would like a full refund for your company's neglect.

My experience went without flaws. My pizza was hot and fresh. Staff was polite and professional.
