Papa Johns Pizza - East Cleveland

I've has multiple weird experiences with this papa John's. The first time is that the delivery driver used his personal cell phone number to text my phone number to try and flirt and ask if I was single. The last straw was my friend and I order a pizza at 630. We knew it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours which we were fine with. Until I looked at the app and it said delivered. So I called the store and asked about our order and they said that they ran out of product so we're not getting our orders. Okay? So we're was the Cancelation email? The phone call? Anything to let us know that we're not getting food?

Yes, I ordered online. my order was finished at 9:11 clock and I didn't get it until 9:41. it was absolutely ridiculous. they did not have the drink and the manager did not even offer alternatives. the pizza was cold when I found my order. they didn't even ask for the order number. I do not really confuse with the idea of professionalism, but the customer service was actually bad. I wouldn't recommend it and the contactless delivery? forget it. I waited ten minutes in my car and no one has ever checked to see. I typed the “Ive arrived” taste and ten minutes went by. after the text, my food was ready. No, thanks. I'm just going to the suburbs, because he can't seem to give people eating on time.

Terrible quality pizzas at THIS location, which sucks cause I lve pizza! Doughy, extra saucey mess. Do yourself a favor and Drive to any other location !

Listen third time they messed up my order my first time asking my money back they said no dont eat at papa John's and east cleveland they need to shutdown down that spot. Never again

Not sure what y'all got going on in there but this has been the best service I've had in a long time, employees were extremely respectful, genuine and sincere... You're probably thinking come on dude it's just fast food, but for once I felt like the true valued customer feel brightens my whole day. Unfortunately I don't carry cash or I'd tip everyone working instead of just on the app, I'd go in and tip on card but I know you pizza places tax the workers big time
