Never going back again. tried to use the appt went to get the order said we would have to do it again even though pay pal processed it finally got the meal after an hour the kids wanted sauce no luck they ran out of tomato sauce now I have to wait and see if I paid twice

I understand shortage of staff. But the ones here at 215pm, have no customer service at all. No acknowledgement of any kind. Not even a won't be long, or enjoy your meal/day. No serviettes. Pick it up.

Ordered lunch for 4 through the app, paid via paypal, but app would not process past that. Store manager after leaving me to stand for 5+ minutes finally said delete the app and do it again, despite my protest that the money has already been taken from my account. Well, it finally worked after deleting and reinstalling no sign to original app needed update). After about an hour, we finally got the lunch for the grandchildren, but oh dear, we have no sauce just a continuation of the same drama as the order itself. My granddaughter says this is Hungry Jacks worst lunch of my life day, i have to agree with her on that.

Weve been hungry jack customers for years from day dot. We ordered a feed for my husband, I no longer eat them. It was the most disgusting meal I've ever seen. The burger was obviously made earlier, they just threw it in the box, the chips were old and half filled the box meant to be upgrade. So disgusted. The price u pay people deserve a proper deal. You've lost us wouldn't even rate you

If I could put minus points for this poorly staffed venue people got wrongs orders or where made to wait ridiculous amount of time I use to love hungry jacks now I will never come again
