I just ordered the drink paid $6.56 then when it comes out the window it's a small when I paid for a large!! I said two times I wanted a venti the first time I was ordering and the girl cut me off and said HOLD ON. Disorganized
I ordered ,cappuccino as usual, but was worm not hot, lady taking the order was welcoming even thus the store wasn't busy at all. The location clean but things are all over. This is my favorite location to visit and will continue to be.
When taking a coffee order from someone whether it?s drive thru or in store it?s written on the actual sticker label on the side of the cup what should be included with that specific cup order , for example extra ice means extra ice , add whip cream means add whip cream ?.. pretty simple instructions to follow . For some reason this specific location cannot get it right at all at any given time
The manager here is a sweetheart and is really concerned about doing her customers right. I'm ashamed to say I don't know her name but she greets me by name every morning and I never told it to her. She just learned it off the label among the probably 400 customers they see before 10am. She's got purple hair. Can't miss her. She's great and I've seen her deal with a lot of shi....stuff.
This place is always my go to starbucks!! Also fyi, Mobile orders do not come in immediately. They can take a few minutes to process from the app before appearing in our store through the sticker machine. So arriving almost immediately, or very quickly, could mean that they don?t have it yet or it just printed as you arrived. Or they had to look for the order since it hadn?t arrived at the store yet. The app gives you a time frame because of several factors. The delay in getting your order from the app to store, other mobile orders ahead of yours, and the usually business of the store. At least from my understanding. Ideally, the point of a mobile order is to arrive when it?s already ready so you can be on your way just as quickly. Now sometimes early arrivals happen. Maybe you hit every green light on the way there. Maybe the store was closer than you realized. These things happen and we get it. If this happens to you, and you are aware of it, letting your barista know you have a mobile and you are there accidentally a little early let?s them breathe. I know that sounds strange but it lets us know you aren?t mad or upset your drink isn?t immediately ready for them. It takes stress levels way down. (If you are a customer who cares about that. Also, mobiles aren?t the first priority in making drinks. It?s always the customers there in the drive-thru or the cafe that come first. We work mobile orders into sequencing of drinks. Giving us that ten minute time frame, or however long the app gives you, allows us to do just that. When you follow the time frame your order should be already made for you so you can pick it up quickly and be on your way. I hope this helps someone understand mobile orders a bit better.
