The premises is wheelchair accessible, all on one level with wide doors for wheelchair access if needed.

Been using Unversal for 20+ years. Loved the chicken noodle soup followed by chicken fried rice but the chips were disgusting, tasted as they had been left over from the day before and reheated numerous times. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will be back in a hurry.
