Also constantly closing the cafe area which slows everything down even more. Then on top of that after waiting for your drink for a half an hour 8 times out of 10 it’s wrong. Also if you go to another starbucks and order a drink then come here it will be made completely different. Go to a different store if you can help it bc this is the WORST starbucks I’ve ever seen. Service: 1
The price of Starbucks I never really understood Tim Hortons has much better options and prices one pink Drink is $8 and half of it is ice the strawberries aren't even fresh they're freeze dried... Girls love Starbucks for some reason I think because it's expensive. Price per person: $10–20
I always have problems with this store, mostly their hours and long wait times. The drinks always come out as ordered (which is good). It is drive thru only after 10 AM. How does that make any sense?! Starbucks is supposed to be a place to sit inside and do homework, meet people, use the internet, etc. I end up waiting 20-30 mins in the drive thru line. This is the closest Starbucks to my house unfortunately. Service: 1
The workers at this location have THE BEST customer service out of all of the Starbucks in the surrounding areas. I don’t go to Starbucks regularly maybe a couple times a year, and whenever I stop at this location they are always so nice and friendly and I enjoy this location over the other ones by far! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had to cancel yet another order this am and call the 800 number to get a refund. It’s happened here before. I don’t understand what they’re not learning from their mistakes. It’s a shame because they’re losing customers bc so many people I talk to about this location agreed that they always have to wait waaaay too long or cancel their order like I did. Maybe the higher ups will see this and do something about their scheduling. Service: 1
