Falletta's - EAST AMHERST

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My husband and I made reservations for a Saturday evening at 8 p.m., the host took forever to welcome us and tried to sit in a banquet area full of screaming children. We asked for another table (there was a lot in the main dining room, we waited 30 minutes for another table. After we had set ourselves, we brought our drinks with us and sat and waited for almost 10 minutes on our server. We ordered our drinks and food since we sat for so long. When the server came back with our drinks, he took my wine glass and poured the remaining approx. 4 tablespoons of wine from my current drink into the new wine glass and took my old glass. This is a HUGE violation of the wine label 101. He never asked if it was the same and never mix you if it was a new bottle. My husband asked for a glass with his beer (no Italian beers on the list in an Italian restaurant! . The server said he would get it immediately; he never returned! My husband took an empty waterglass from a neighboring table. Another person brought over 2 reels until this time it is 9pm (one hour after arrival. We waited and waited and at 920, when our bread was long gone and our server never returned with our salads, the glass or the appetizer we ordered, in sheer disgust, my husband threw 20 dollars on the table and we went! We were very disgusting with all the experience and will never return!

I eat at Falletta quite often and I never had a bad experience. Every time I was there, the food and the service was exceptional. Almost every time I go there, I get the Veal Parmesan or the Seafood Combo. You can't go wrong with both! Oh and can't forget the homemade chocolate cake.

My husband and 3 years old visit this beautiful restaurant frequently. Michael Jr. was our youngest server, and he was attentive to all the details of the fine service. A very inclusive wine card and great specialties every time we were for dinner. From traditional Italian dishes to steak or seafood specialties, I do not think you will be disappointed. The owner also seats guests and monitors dining room, so you are in good hands! We cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful restaurant.

We were here for a breakfast banquet. Stirred eggs were made from powder mixture, extremely salty and not edible. Bad service had to serve us coffee from a carafe. Meal was very expensive, and our group was charged a 20% cut for a buffet! Restaurant not clean. Would not recommend for the price due to poor service and poor quality of food.

I'm not one for expensive dinner, but this place has changed my mind. From the outside, the whole ambience reminded me of a small fairy garden. The interior is in the most beautiful wood cladding I have ever seen, and the floors, my God covered the floors. If you appreciate quality decor, you will love the interior of this place. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knew how to make a drink. Dinner was amazing. I had the special that was scallops. Very easy to screw, but the cook made them perfect every last of them. The parts were from this world. The bowl where my fiancée was served could have covered his head. I had days left. Yes, it is on the expensive side and yes I would recommend to dress up, but my God is worth it.
