We waited 10 minutes in the doorway before we were even acknowledged after being ignored by atleast 4 employees. Then it just goes downhill from there. Our server never brought us anything we had asked for such as ketchup,ranch, silverware etc. My husband?s food came out after everyone else?s. Our tater tot app came out after we were done eating(asking multiple people and our server multiple times) it was cold when it finally came. We sent it back to wait another 15 plusminutes and had to ask about it again. They finally came and there was a hair in it. The rest of our food was only warm, not hotwhen it came out. The manager was apologetic and seemed very frustrated with his staff. The waitress didn?t seem to have much ofa clue or care. Definitely not worth the money for poor service and subpar food. Sorry BWW, never again. Not impressed!
We had an extremely abysmal experience while dining here with our family of 4 tonight. It took more than 10 minutes for our server to greet us (was it because we sat outside on the patio? , and then when we ordered our food our son was served 1st andthen we waited more than 15 minutes for the rest of our food to arrive. Everything came out cold and when we were finishedeating, I had to go into the restaurant to find our server so we could finally get our check. The host was sitting in a boothtalking to another coworker when I asked where our server was and he didn 't even get up, and simply pointed and said she 's overthere. The restaurant wasn 't even busy, there were maybe 6 total tables with patrons (on a Saturday night... . While thefood is tasty, the service is really appalling. Dine at your own risk!
Bdubs is hands down the only restaurant to maintain their level of food quality through the COVID years. Their wings are still large unlike many restaurants. The value is here for sure. One of the best things about this particular location is the managerFrank. Frank is probably one of the best restaurant managers I've come across in a while. To find someone willing to still keepfolks happy after the last couple years probably means he deserves a medal. Support bdubs. Also try the ultimate nachos withbrisket! Edit- to the owner who replied here I've had nothing but stellar visits to this location. Not sure what you read herebut we are good!
First of all you can make wings better at home. Seriously. Here's all you need to do Get the original buffalo wings recipe and swap out margarine for real butter. Okay. So here we go. Deep fry the wings. Melt the butter toss it around with some Frank'shot sauce. if you want it hotter whip out some Tabasco and add to the Franks and butter. Toss it all together dress it ontothe wings get some blue cheese dressing on the side boom you'll be so happy. Seriously, it's that stupid easy. So if you want togo to a place that somehow is able to screw up its namesake, feel free to pay to be disappointed. You deserve it. WV
At least they explained that they only had one waitress working when we visited. But this specific restaurant location has always been sort of a pain to visit. Getting food orders incorrect, waitstaff trying to charge for sodas in the kid's meals whenthey specifically say that they're included in the price. Yeah. I might avoid this place for a bit. BUT, when they hit theirmark on good days, the food is pretty good, which is why I gave them two stars.
