Tropical Grille - Easley

I'm going to be high-rated. but when I went through the drive. one of the people asks for a tip. I don't tip when I'm in a restaurant, you serve me and clean up after me. but if they are asked for a tip on the drive through. I'm afraid you're making me something iminnes. but I said no and was immediately shut off

My family and I live 25 minutes away from the easley location. we ordered us here because I was in the opposite. we ordered the family meal for eight (8th) when I came home, we noticed that we were missing the half of the chicken that comes with the order. when my wife and I talked to the manager about making it right, I was told that he would give us a free chicken when we come back. the free plate of the huh he referred is not free, since it is actually the plate of the huh that was missing from our meal for which we have already paid. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed by his answer to our problem, but I know that from all the time I have visited tropical grille throughout the years (various standorte,) I've never had a problem before.

Good service, very warm and friendly. the food is delicious, had the burger with some bags and fryed. good fountain coke. in good sense in the inner. will definitely visit again.

The sandwich was good. They offer yucca fries or French fries. Never had yucca fries. A sample would have been nice and I could decide if I wanted them next visit.

Spent $38 on two chicken and veggie bowls, a Diet Pepsi, and a kids chicken tenders. Everyone was polite, but the service was incredibly slow. And then there’s the food. The chicken tenders were straight up burnt black in places and felt like trying to eat dry rubber. The chicken bowl was phenomenally unseasoned without the sauce and the vegetables were complete mush. First and last time here.
