The White Swan - Eardisland

Lovely pub with restaurant set in idyllic village. Beautiful inside and out. Some lovely carvings in the wood around the bar and fireplace. Open fire, good wines and very friendly landlord and bar staff. Has room with pool table and separate pretty restaurant. Food only available Wednesday to Sunday lunch time. Menu and bar menu to choose from. Best to ring as you may need to book. The village is stunning with little walks around a small river and cottages. Very atmospheric and peaceful. One other pub next door which is about to open and also has restaurant. It has been closed for some time and has been refurbished to a high standard. Small tearoom which looks quaint and small village car park.

Popped in for lunch today and was welcomed by the landlord and very pleasant staff. Great atmosphere, very dog friendly and Moreish homebrewed ale. Great service with free banter. Will definitely return soon.

A congenital host. after a day of being. "We will not talk with if you don't wear masks, and "just one person in the load" he was a breath of fresh air.

Had a Sunday Lunch here, would personally not recommend. Sunday lunch clearly came out microwaved as come out within seconds of ordering. Beef was tough as anything, carrots were hard. Not worth the money paid. It was so quiet in there it was like being sat in a library. Maybe some peoples cup of tea but not ours. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
