I unknowingly ordered 4 samosas to eat in and later ordered 10 to take away and cook at home. The staff charged me 72p for both eat in and takeaway without informing me. The woman working there was quite rude, and the man didn't seem to care about checking the charges.
Great food good value, naan's are the best, everything is actually very good the staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude, slow, and unfriendly. I ordered samosas and the way the lady was handling them was terrible - she smashed them into the bag, destroying them. She threw in a tub of chutney without any care, and I had to ask for a separate bag to avoid spilling. I will never return to this place! Additionally, the samosas were mediocre and filled with mashed potatoes. Disappointing. Save your time and go somewhere else for samosas.
Awful. The customer service from a specific Indian lady at the register was disgraceful, full of shocking attitude, especially after getting the order wrong. Extremely rude. I pre-ordered over the phone, requesting three samosas, but received only two. The paneer and plain paratha lacked flavor, with a noticeable absence of salt. The muttar paneer was overly watery, resembling dal more than it should. The chaat was decent. I am unsure where the positive reviews are coming from. This area has plenty of excellent pure vegetarian Indian restaurants, but this is not one of them. I will definitely not be returning.
Used to be in love with the samosas at this place but i don’t know what happened, they are no longer made with love and don’t taste fresh, it feels like they have been frozen for months. the customer service has also become worse, workers are inconsiderate and ignorant.
