Przekaż informację zwrotnąLast Thursday I decided to bring my family to this restaurant because of the birthday of my wife. I had a special credit that I received from my sister a while ago as a birthday gift. So we went to the restaurant and only if I asked the waiter if we could use the voucher on this day. he went to the manager and informed us that the voucher is not from them because there is no sign or the voucher number. I was surprised because the address and other details corresponded to their location. I called the manager, and he told me that my credit is not from them. / I called my sister who bought the voucher for me to explain to the manager how she bought the voucher from them. the call did not change how the manager acted, he did not believe that was the credit of them. my sister works in the bank and honesty is her priority. I felt in this restaurant as an intruder someone who wants to steal their pizza or pasta. I asked about the owner details and left the restaurant. my wife and my children were very disappointed. my son wept because he wanted pizza, but we went to another place. the manager has even not asked me to follow the phone, email or other details to follow this case. he was not willing to check who was on the layer when the voucher was sold. he did not try to help us have a nice evening and the fall resolved. it's just a bad service, and my sister has lost that she paid for this voucher.
The restaurant is located next to a tesco on the main street. parking was a pain, fortunately it was a Sunday so the local residents were booked free. we went in and sat fast, the restaurant was small and the seats were tightly packed, we took the window seats that were nicely spaced in the opposite to the center of the restaurant. we went for the Sunday roast menu. drinking quickly came, eating came in 20 minutes. the chicken roast was delicious, the circumcisions were nice. Negative: the bratkartoffeln were dry with the yorkshire pudding. the cream brulé for dessert with latte and green tea, desert and green tee were beautiful.
Came here to celebrate my partner to come to cambridge to study his mba. it was the perfect place to come, the quality of her steak was second to none. the waiters were very informative when we asked them about the choice of wein they had provided. really friendly staff and will return when I am back in ealing.
What an amazing experience we had at this place for dinner, I came here based on a recommendation and it did not disappoint! The steak was cooked to perfection, loved the lamb cutlets but a little too much fat for my liking. The mash potato was creamy and rich, mac cheese a little bland-could do with a bit more flavour. Desserts were ravishing, not sure about the actual salt grains in the salter caramel tiramisu(made it a little difficult to finish) really strong flavour! But overall a great meal, well enjoyed and would visit again happily.
This place was everything I hoped for and more. The food was amazing, the chef knows exactly how to cook a steak. I had the lamb chops which was a good sized portion. The staff have a great rapport with each other and help out with each other’s tables so you are never waiting long. We went specifically for the halal menu and it was absolutely lovely to go to a nice restaurant and have so much choice! We will definitely return. UPDATE 21/05/2022 We returned today for the £14.95 lunch menu and ordered the steak and chips and it was as delicious as everything on the main menu which is rare in other restaurants. Do not miss out on the beef empanadas, we had them for the second time. Steak on the Green is really worth the 5 stars. Exceptional service as usual, with staff members supporting each other and ensuring customers are served. I will be back to try the sea bass soon!
