Chicken Cottage - Ealing

I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal through Uber Eats for a quick and convenient bite. The meal definitely hit the spot, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. They forgot to include the dips in a previous order, so I called in to address the issue. I ended up speaking with a male employee who refused to provide his name and insisted that the invoice showed no payment for the dips. He acknowledged that this was a common problem with the Uber ordering system but still claimed it was my responsibility to resolve. My invoice clearly displayed the items I had ordered and paid for. While I understand the challenges of the current cost of living crisis, arguing over a 50p dip for 10 minutes seems excessive. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way in this situation.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and I absolutely adore it.

No one try to attempt to take my order i was waiting bad service

I don't recommend buying a kebab from this place, as it had a strong smell of rotten meat and old cat food. It made me feel sick, so I didn't even eat it to avoid embarrassment. I won't be returning it either.

Don't buy anyone for this place food because it's stuff is so rude and he's not good service
