Primavera Mexican Food - Eagle

Truly the best al pastor tacos I've tasted, and I've been to hundreds of taquerias across the west. The verde beef and asada were good but nothing as good as the al pastor.

Fantastic food. Took a few minutes to come up, but it was balanced and delectable. Not as spicy as I'd have expected, but I'm certain they would have had all kinds of sauce and salsa had I asked. The house salsa was mild and vinegary, perfect for pouring liberally over everything

Great mexican food. They may not speak much english but the food is spectacular! I really like the authenticity. Their horchata is some of my favorite.

I drive for a living. Stopped to grab a burrito for the road yesterday around 10:30am. No one at the counter. Rang the bell multiple times. Another customer arrived during this time. He got tired of waiting and left. When the gal did finally show up, she got my order wrong, but I didn't know until im 5 miles east on I-70. The burrito I got was small but tasted ok. just completely wrong from what was ordered or what I paid for. I'm very disappointed. Doubt, I'll ever stop back!

The half chicken is one of the best meals in the area!
