Papa Johns Pizza - Eagle

I came to the store around 3.48pm on 1/26 there was a heavier guy working on the cashier. I asked him to pick up an order. He was very rude and aggressive and didn’t even help me. He was just looking at me and said to me we do not have your order I was like yeah you do. He’s like OK well are you gonna have to wait 25 minutes and walked away so I left the store and went somewhere else

I've tried many pizza places around Boise area and this eagle location is always in my top 3 places to go to. They nail it almost every time with sauce and cheese ratio. I've only ever had one mistake on about 10+ orders total now. The epic stuffed crust with garlic sauce is great also. This is by far the best major chain pizza for a good basic pizza like pepperoni, cheese, or salami. If you want a complex pizza, sour dough pizza, or cheese sticks there are few better choices in town like guidos, red bench, and alpine pizza.

The taste of the product was excellent, and its presentation was of high quality. At that place, the staff is extremely dedicated. There was a manager, whose rank is unknown, but he was constantly running and multitasking, displaying great enthusiasm for his job. This alone speaks volumes about the working atmosphere and how it impacts customer service and product quality.

The only reason I won't rather anymore is because of the service. I've given them several chances and made excuses for the downright slow incompetent service but tonight was the last blow. My husband called in order early and asked that it be ready by 6:30 because that's the time I was getting out of my perspire appointment next door. When I arrived there was 4 people waiting for to go orders. When I finally got rung up she had to go look for my Greek salad. The pizza was so cold and no extra jalapeños. They also didn't give me a large salad or add chicken like we asked and we also said no onions. Yet there were onions and no chicken. The good is always good but I can't deal with the service anymore. It wasn't just a fluke. It's been three tries (two dining in and one to go) and all times service was slow like over an hour to get food slow. And incompetent meaning no silverware no plates and asking multiple times and till taking sinking we went to the kitchen counter to ask ourselves.

My order was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
