Coyne's Restaurant And Bar - Eagle

The steak was served cold and when it was remade to be hot, it came out medium instead of medium rare. They were out of cheesecake for dessert as well. Given the prices close to Ruth's Chris, I expected better quality. The food seemed more like something you would find at a chain restaurant with a high markup.

We had an amazing anniversary dinner here. Marshall was fantastic and very attentive! service was speedy, we had ahi appetizer that was delicious, then the oz. rib eye and it was absolutely amazing and to top it off we ended up having the creme brulee and that was to die for! Great job Coyne's, we will be back!!

Coyne’s is one of our local favorites! Service, food and drinks are top notch. They take reservations (a huge plus) and have a BOGO on cocktails happy-hour(s). Have had parties of people as well as parties of people. Never disappointed!! Give it a try, it’s fabulous!!!

I visited this establishment last week for a business lunch. I was excited to try this place out, as I had heard good things about it. I had the kale and Brussel sprout salad with the flatiron steak added. Salad was drowning in dressing, and the steak was tough and over cooked. Overdressed, over cooked, over priced food left me underwhelmed. Rant over. I’m bummed though, as it’s five minutes from my office!

Excellent and very patient waitress. We were there a long time catching up and celebrating. Everything ordered was delightful! A must do restaurant while in Eagle.
