Pizza Hut - Eagle River

Although I was made aware that the restaurant was out of mushrooms prior to me placing my pickup order, I am confused as to why.

The pizza was well made with great ingredients and flavor. Pasta was very good as was the super hot Buffalo wings. Order was done quickly and staff were friendly and efficient.

The Pizza Hut in Eagle River is as expected, overwhelmed. Ordering from a pizza chain in a small town can lead to unexpected challenges. It's a tough time to give an honest review as businesses are struggling to find enough employees, who often end up overworked. With COVID-19 still a concern, there are limitations to what can be said. The decision for Pizza Hut to outsource their calls to a call center overseas is disappointing. It is difficult to contact anyone at the Eagle River location by phone, causing me to lose my business over a disagreement with a call center employee regarding a $2 difference in delivery costs. While I have ordered from Pizza Hut before without issue, there are plenty of other options for great food without these problems. I would be willing to order from Pizza Hut again, but only if I am able to contact the store and its employees directly. This level of customer service should be a priority in their industry.
