I've always had great experiences at this place until I decided to order a sundae while I was feeling sick. I paid for a pint of ice cream, but what I received was disappointing. I ordered the most popular flavor, and instead of pecans, I got walnuts. There was no fudge or caramel, just a small chunk of brownie and walnuts sitting unsightly in the middle of my ice cream, not even mixed in. I've been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed the delicious ice cream and good customer service. However, after this experience, my opinion has shifted. If the management isn't ensuring their employees are held accountable, I'm not sure I will return.

The restaurant had only one employee assisting customers, despite having four staff members on duty. It took quite a while to get help, as customers had to ask for assistance. However, the smoothies were excellent, though it took 20 minutes to receive them.

If you're looking to get ice, I recommend ordering online for pickup. We waited for 20 minutes while watching the staff prioritize online orders over in-person customers. We ended up going to Carrs instead.

Her ice is delicious with a great choice to choose. if they can make up their minds, they have already suggested many combinations for them to choose from. the workers are friendly and helpful. you can't go wrong, watch it yourself and enjoy it.

A wonderful experience. The location is very clean, and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and kind. I am not a big ice cream eater, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
