Mcdonald's - Eagle Creek Township

I worked at this location. Health code is regularly ignored. Food will sit in heaters for three, four, five hours. Grills are almost never cleaned. Fryers are never cleaned. There is severe cross-contamination with raw food everywhere. Employees were punished for trying to throw out expired food as it's less profitable.

Was VERY Crowded due to Eclipse Traffic; 1hr+ to use their Restroom- I relieved myself behind a Truck Trailer and the 2 women in-tow waited until I got further northwest on I65!

We ordered 2 cheese burgers ,4 nuggetsThey took 30 mins for the food then the older lady flipped us off when we asked for sauce. Worse experience of my life will never be going backWho flips off a customer

I say the service is friendly to me everytime I go there but there long wait times specially when I’m doordashing I do have a time limit I have to get to the person house if I don’t get it in time my score go low everyone there is nice but when I doordash I get really slow service and that affect my scores

I had a pretty good experience here the other night. It was 8 pm, so nobody else in the drive thru. I gave my order, paid, and had my food in under 5 mins. My Big Mac tasted pretty good, so no complaints there. The fries though definitely were on the old side, so they could work on those for sure.
