Dairy Queen - Eagar

The lady at the drive thru was very nice. We got our order quickly.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service is a bit slow. Despite that, the food at Icy's is amazing.

I am giving this restaurant three stars because it appears they are skimping on ingredients in their Malts. The Malts I received were more like a glass of milk, and I had to return them four times and request that they add some ice cream. Each time, I was told that this was the manager's recipe, but a glass of milk is not a Malt in my opinion.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Milk Queen in Eager. The staff member who assisted us was very unprofessional, she brought me the wrong order, seemed overwhelmed, and even denied that I had ordered what was clearly written down by her just moments before.

We went to Dairy Queen and got 8 ice creams and when we got home and started eating them we realized they tasted sour and rotten. I called and they said they needed to call me back. They called back and said that there wasn’t anything they could do till the next day so I called the next day and the owner told me she wasn’t going to issue any refunds or remake them because we didn’t bring them back with us. She didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. She was very rude and acted like it was my fault. We paid a lot of money for rotten and sour tasting ice cream. 2/24/2022rude rude manager/owner
