Subway - Eagan

Guy working at this subway has no idea what he's doing...ask him to put a little mayo and mustard and there was so much that it ruined the sandwich!

The thing with fast food restaurants. You're service is really going to depend upon the employee working there. It can be different at different times. Some fast food restaurants critics suggest to go during peak hours to get fresher made food, but I think that is more for the burger places. I prefer to go after the rush, like around 1:30 2:00 p.m. especially at Subway, since the employees are more relaxed and it doesn't make a difference for those ingredients. The restaurant won't have a bunch of people doing the lunch rush thing. Also I like to go in person and be nice to the person making my food and get on a level that isn't in a big rush. After all, it doesn't take long to make a sub. So I went there in that time frame and everything was cool. The inside of the restaurant is one of the better ones. The sandwich that was made for me was not rushed, and it was pretty darn good. But like I said, all fast food restaurants are dependent upon the employees who work there, and although some are better than others, it's not a job that's a profession. I talked to the guy making my sandwich, since I was not standing in a line of people. I thanked him for making my sandwich. I sat down inside the restaurant and enjoyed my sandwich. And I left very satisfied. It's better than a lot of Subways, on the inside at least.

It's a cozy small subway. The people making the subs are in god level expert mode. Especially the black guy who does it with so ease. Great place and always seem to attract work place crowd. Bonus: they have 5 dollar Footlongs on selected options.

I picked up sandwiches over the weekend. Both my Mom's foot long tuna and my foot long steak and cheese were excellent. I also had great service while I was there. Thank you!!

I like Subway. Used to get various sandwiches but now I normally buy a chopped salad. It's been a nice menu addition.
