Przekaż informację zwrotnąI told them to take my drink back since they messed up and gave me sweet foam instead of pumpkin foam and the drive through lady and guy kept looking at me weird and I got the drink back and when I got home I noticed white things floating around my drink and I think it?s expired milk idk if they did it on purpose or not but I?m not satisfied.
The drink was really tasty, I loved the caramel with the sweet whipped cream
Plan ahead note: the drive-thru goes around the back of the strip, so you end up going around the back of the neighboring store and then all the way around to the drive thru window. I have found that this Starbucks tends to run out of items a little quicker than some others (it?s just in a popular area I think), but the baristas always have good solutions and suggestions when they?re out of something. I haven?t been inside, but drive thru has always been good!
I?m a regular Starbucks customer but every other time I come here my drink is wrong even though I know I recited it correctly. It?s really frustrating. Today I ordered a now recalled chicken breakfast sandwich. The person at drive thru didn?t even tell me it was recalled? Proceeded to just ring me up for another sandwich I didn?t ask for and give it to me? Like you couldn?t ask me what I wanted as an alternative? Or maybe let me decide I didn?t want a sandwich at all? It was super strange and ridiculous. I?ll stop going to this one for good. I had to back inside to learn it was recalled after I?d driven away.
My foam wasn't foam it was thick liquid and my dehydrated strawberries where non existent. My daughter ordered a Carmel frap without coffee and it tasted Like sweet air. Thank you but no ????
