Starbucks - Eagan

I asked for americano with steamed milk, less water. what I've been at every Starbucks location for decades. first she gave me espresso dishes without water and no damped milk. I asked her politely why there is no milk. she took a cup back with angry face gave me another. I asked her why they don't give me any steamed milk in her. she goes if you want a damped milk, you should buy a latte. I was was wasted like u so many espresso dishes, but did not want to give me any steamed milk. I wanted to talk to manager. she literally refunded a money and didn't want to do anything about it. I've never seen anything like that at dieucks.

The restaurant had a clean environment and the staff were very friendly. There was plenty of parking available, which was a plus. I decided to visit Starbucks instead because there was a long line. I used the restroom while I was there, and it was clean as well. Overall, I had a great experience.

Love this place! every barista that takes my order is flat in a round. they always get my order right and they are always super nice!

I really love this place! The lobby is spacious and modern, and the staff is friendly. It’s definitely my favorite coffee shop in Eagan and beyond. However, I have to rate it one star lower because it's often unclear when they're open; the hours for the café and dining room seem to vary weekly. I understand that this is largely due to staff shortages, but it can be quite frustrating for everyone. Additionally, because they are training new employees, I've had my order incorrectly prepared a few times. I don't mind bringing it up for corrections since I understand they are learning, but I wanted to share this so others are aware. Best of luck to them in finding more staff and getting things back to normal!

The line was quite long, and I was hesitant about waiting. However, it moved steadily, so the wait wasn’t as bad as I expected. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, and it was fantastic! I just wish I could indulge in one every day (thankfully, I had a gift card). I absolutely love this place!
