Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on the hotel. It is filthy, we found blood on the comforters, pink substances all over the coverlets and carpet, no housekeeping over 4 days. Front desk did nothing to assist and when I requested clean bedding the front desk said they didn’t have any and maybe check back after someone does laundry in the morning.

Dave, the shuttle driver was great! Easy to talk to and professional. Great location. Nice employees and the rooms are spacious. Nice breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. The air conditioner was very loud which disturbed sleeping. Two nights we were there out of five, there were lots of children in the pool. It seemed that there were at least 30 of them in the small pool at one time. Water was all over the floor by the elevator but no signage or anyone cleaning up the water. A slip and fall waiting to happen.Walkability: Within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

The only positive thing I have to say is this hotel was close to the fields. The front desk staff was extremely rude! We asked for the garbage to be emptied when we were sitting out on the patio and were give garbage bags so we could do it. We asked if housekeeping could come to our room to empty garbage and replace towels and were told just empty them ourselves and place it in the hall. It was a HUGE chore to get extra towels. We had a lightbulb that was flickering in the room and the staff handed us a lightbulb so we could change it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! When in the lobby we had the lights turned off on us and extremely rude staff tell us it was our bedtime. It was 9:50pm on a Friday night. Give me a break! Our organization booked 13 rooms through this hotel, and I would never stay here again. I am beyond disappointed and will never recommend this hotel for the tournament we play here every year.

This was the quietest hotel we have stayed in! Very clean,, too. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Nice staff, decent breakfast.Rooms: Big rooms. Clean and comfortable.
