Little Caesars Pizza - Eagan

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I called to place a lunch order, and I was pleased to find that the woman on the phone clearly understood my custom requests. The pickup process was smooth, and my order was just as I expected. The service was excellent overall. I felt compelled to write a positive review because many of my previous visits over the last few years had been disappointing. The place seemed consistently understaffed, resulting in slow service. While most of the staff were friendly, there were times when no one would answer the phone to take an order. I really hope my latest visit marks a change because I enjoy the food and appreciate the convenience.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It is poorly managed and disorganized. The food is never served hot or ready, even when it should be.

I sent my husband to pick up pizza today and noticed that this restaurant was receiving some harsh reviews. However, we've always had great service from them. In fact, about a month before my daughter's birthday, I called ahead to order 12 pizzas for her party. A few days before the event, I called to confirm my order and learned that the person who took my order was no longer with the restaurant and had mishandled it significantly — far beyond what was allowed. I spoke with the general manager, who was very nice, and he not only honored my original order of 12 pizzas but also added 3 extra for free, as promised by the previous employee. He didn't have to do that, but it really made the whole experience much smoother for me. On the day of the party, we picked up the pizzas and there were none left at the end. They were all hot and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Keep up the great work!

I used to be here for a quick pizza or bread stick when I was in the area. Unfortunately, I can't do this business anymore in my list...
