Przekaż informację zwrotnąTonight (Saturday 2/3/24 7:00 PM) was my family first time dining at Casa Mama's in Rockwall. We are new to the Rockwall area, and decided to try them out. We are a party of 4 and had to wait around 20ish minutes for a table, which wasn't bad for a Saturday night in Downtown Rockwall. We were seated and quickly greeted by chips and salsa brought out. A few minutes later our waiter came by and took our drink orders. We looked over the menu, which had great choices! We decided to go with the Parillada Sanchez. Around 20 25 minutes passed by and our food came out piping hot. The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and my favorite part of the food from the beans, rice etc, was it wasn't salty as all. Which is a huge plus, because a lot of Mexican restaurants are heavy handed with the salt. My daughter loved the rice and beans! The vibe was right, the music playing had us dancing in our seats, lol. We will definitely be back. The parking does get full on the weekends at dinner time, so be sure to give yourself time. Also the price point for most plates I would say is average. Around 12 20 per person. Keep up the good job Casa Mama!
Love this restaurant! Great margaritas and swirls and the food is always great with very speedy service!
Dependably good place for Texmex.Parking: It's hard during most times to find an empty space to park here. There are some free parking lots but its a good walk to Casa Mama. Very small parking area behind the cafe.
Quick trip up to bar Sunday evening to stop in for a snack and a drink. first time here. Bartender was not friendly at all. Asked him to remake my wife’s margarita, seemed upset at the request. It tasted horrible. Both times. Paid and left.Won’t be back.
Overall it was a very nice experience. The person I dined with enjoy their margaritas. Actually LOVED them. The food was tasty and good. Spicy salsa was spot on for me. Hard to find a good salsa in Rockwall. Looking forward to going back.
