Tijuana Flats - e Hills

Worker was super nice but we had to leave, that place is so dirty. Gross. Not sure how their food is, but this place needs a good deep clean.

I ordered my food online and when I arrived they said there was no order for me. They also said they are using a call center now for orders and they’ve been having issues with them. I wasn’t offered anything to drink or eat while I had to wait for my order that I then had to order. They have also discontinued some items like chipotle and for whatever reason had no refried beans. The entire experience was terrible. Got home and the food order was wrong. I specifically asked for no onion and they put onion in both tacos. I used to be a big fan of their food but it’s gone downhill. They just lost me as a customer.

I work very close to this location, so it's disappointing when the food is already cold ten minutes after placing the order. Chips and salsa were missing from my order. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes and never spoke to anyone. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived (2:15 PM on a Thurs), which makes this level of food quality and service all the more upsetting/frustrating. Won't be visiting this location again.

Always a good time at TF. They had new menu items this time as well which the Chipotle Chicken Birrito was fantastic. The gentleman who took care of us was cool and attentive. They always do well at that location. Been going for years.

This Flats had a large outdoor seating area under cover. It could use some modernizing thoughVegetarian options: They have very good salads
