Luya Chinese - e Hills

I can see why this place has poorly rated reviews. We got a menu in the mail and it stated they delivered. My fiancé Ordered for us at 11:50am. Food didn’t get to our house until almost 1:30pm. No where on the website does it mention how long it will take to get your food otherwise we would have never placed an order if we knew it was going to take that long. The wonton soup tasted like straight up water. It had zero flavor. The orange chickens texture felt and tasted like it was cooked the day before. Sadly, I will never order from here again.

I can’t speak for the less than 5 stars. Tonight I said to my wife I felt like Chinese food. She said a flyer came in the mail today so we tried Luya tonight. This was the BEST Chinese food I’ve eaten in years! My wife ordered Bourbon chicken, House Special fried rice, Honey Garlic chicken, wonton soup, fried wonton and crab rangoon for dinner. I’ll just say this. Every bite I was speaking to my wife and myself about how great the food was and tasted! The chicken was tender, the rice was fresh the wontons in the soup were large and filled with plenty of meat! I can go on and on but will just add I don’t have anything negative in the slightest to add. I’ve never, ever done this before but I called the restaurant to speak with the owner. He/she wasn’t available so I passed on how outstanding the food was and to thank the chefs. I’ll be ordering dinner frequently! Thanks Luya!!!
