The Arcade Warehouse

First time visiting for me, and I can say what an amazing place it is. There are lots of games to choose from from old retro video games to more modern ones. Little café area for snacks and drinks and a bar for the older players.

Went there few days ago and as I go in I Swiftly say hello to the lady (blue hair one) standing on the right as you go in. As I try to carry on walking I get an Hello with an attitude from her. I said, I did say hello and then she was being very confrontational during our little chat. I said I carried on walking as in other arcades I 've been you walk in and it 's a token system. I said I didn 't know that this is different. She was well ask me few seconds later if you 'd have asked me . I had my missus in the car and was going to check if it 's nice inside and appropriate for us. Part of my job is customer service and I would never dream to be so rude and give an attitude like that to my customers. Few seconds later she sat outside on the curb smoking while we were in the car looking for other options. Although every one of us have personal matters that affect us not for the best, I believe they shouldn 't affect other 's people day for the worst. If it wasn 't for her attitude we would 've probably given a try since we were already there. We ended up going to the bowling one not far from there and had a great time with games food and drinks. Update as per the reply. It seems that you checked the Cctv and audio within approximately 30 minutes of my review, yet there 's no indication from your side as to what words were used from my side as rudeness. Another detail that you would 've found on the Cctv is that your staff actually explained the paying upfront system to use the machines, as I mentioned above,and I did get that. Banning someone for writing an honest review of the situation and accusing of bullying it 's disgusting and it shows that my decision to stay away from that place upon encounter was a wise one.

Brilliant little spot with friendly staff and plenty of choice the 2 hour slot flew by and there are still lots of games we didn’t even get around to trying!

I would definitely recommend the arcade warehouse had my sons party there yesterday and he absolutely loved it and is already planning to have his next one there. To Josh and Jack you did a great job you were both so helpful and nothing was to much trouble thank you so much he had a great night.

I loved it..and I'm nearly 53! I loved the racing games..and the whole energy ..Nice food too..really friendly staff..a fun place!
