Publix Super Market At Crosstown Plaza

Seen that today. I put my sandwich right back and walked away

Came to the deli at 9, google said they closed at ten but I saw them closing down and putting stuff away. I asked if they were already closed or about to because I hate to be the person to order but they said no and that I can order. I asked for a Greek wrap, before I can even finish the lady cut me off and said they don’t have that. Even though I’m looking at the ingredients right in front of her. So said what do you mean; everything is right here. So I just told her what it has. She gets the wrap and asked what’s on it. I said humus, and she immediately said she doesn’t know what that is and they don’t have it. How can you not have something when you don’t even know what it is. So I brought it to her. Then when I mentioned the next thing she said they already put it away and proceeds to say I should be coming in the day time, not at night when they’re closing. I then said I asked for that reason and she should’ve said they’re done for the night. And that unfortunately I have a job, and it was a last minute thing. And she kept complaining. Maybe change the hours to 9pm, since you’re closing an hour early? Welp, ended getting a wrap with lettuce, tomato and onions only because they had already put everything else away and didn’t feel like getting it.

Very clean, nice atmosphere, knowledgeable employees...down size, don't like the homeless ppl outside of store

They have everything I need when I go there, however the building is a little dated, and things could be a little cleaner. Otherwise a nice supermarket.
