Everything about this dunkin is a mess the employees are rude loud and obnoxious.?they act like they can’t read an order it took them 25 min just to make my latte i use to love this dunkin i don’t know what

Afternoon shifts they don't do anything just in the cell phones or talking between them they ignore the customer like the service is free ... Please dont go there.... ?

Friday I Ordered through the mobile app. There were over 20 people waiting for their order, the manager was so confused. She did not know what was in the bags (8 or 9 bags) or what coffee belonged to each customer. I had to ask for my coffee that wax sitting on the counter for 10 mins. I had several times for the wake up wrap, I ordered. After 20 mins of standing there and getting no where. I left without my breakfast.

The donuts are always good, but the staff could be nicer more attentive.
