Crappiest sandwich ever. I was extremely disappointed

No customer service skills here. Food is surprisingly edible but the employees seem to hate the job

I placed my order at 530 for a 700 pm pickup. I arrived at 705 to give extra time. Waited in drive thru until 719 after being told 3 times to wait. I finally gave up left line and went inside. I go in to find out that one order was never even made, and one order is cold now. Finally left with everything at 735 when it was suppose to be ready at 700. Your drive thru person was rude and never tried to talk to me to even start fixing the order they completely forgot. The one order that was ready was two giant sandwiches with the roast beef having only enough meat on half to barely cover it one layer. That was giant and it was almost nothing bread.

Pretty decent spot, fresh food friendly service a bit of a New York vibe. Food tasted great. Had a Flatbread n salad. It's also one of the spots to get a genuine Aunty Annie's Cinnabon.
