Starbucks - Dyer

The service was extremely quick and the staff were friendly. The drinks were enjoyable and more affordable than at other places.

It's always clean when I'm there, and the workers are super friendly. Specifically, shoutout to the worker there this evening 2/9/22 who walked over and asked if I was okay after an older guy started an unprompted, rambling conversation. He told me that if I were ever uncomfortable, to talk to him, and I was very appreciative of that offer and extra effort.

In my driveway I opened the Starbucks app to place an order for pick up. The app tells me that I am 9mikes away and that the travel time would be 15 minutes. It stated are you sure you want to order these now as they will only take 4-6 minute to prepare. Nice feature, so I waited until I was 3 miles away to place the order. We arrive to pick up the order and they were not ready. They started making them when I arrived. I can understand if the place was busy but there wasn't a soul in the place. We ordered the Horchata frappe's very disappointed with the product. If it weren't for me being on a tight schedule, I would have returned them.

The drive-thru service was efficient, with friendly staff taking orders at the window. The drinks were expertly prepared, and even the plain coffee orders were excellent. The breakfast sandwiches were not only delicious but also visually appealing. This recommendation comes from multiple visits to this location over several weeks during my travels. I highly recommend this spot.

Last few times I've been here it takes 30+ minutes in the drive through. When I'm the 3rd car in the line. Just cars sitting there. No one at the drive through talking to them.
