Panera Bread - Durham

I typically order the complete tuna sandwich from various places, and I expect there to be plenty of tasty tuna on the side that requires a fork to eat. However, tonight, they didn't have the usual bread, and I had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. When it finally arrived, there wasn't enough tuna to cover the bread properly, and the end pieces were especially sparse. To make matters worse, the tuna was dry. I feel that someone needs to be trained to create a more delicious and visually appealing sandwich.

The staff here are incredibly friendly! Prince was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service when my family and I visited for a late dinner. The food was also fantastic! We will definitely return because of Prince and the wonderful experience we had.

We attempted to place an order on Thursday, but half of the ingredients for three different sandwiches were unavailable. So, we tried again on Friday. The online ordering process went smoothly, but I often wonder if they pay attention to the orders as they prepare the food. My sandwich was missing the cheese and basil, and all the breads on the sandwiches were overcooked and dry, with hard, almost burnt edges. As for the charlatete I ordered, I didn’t expect it to be large, but it was literally just three small bites. Overall, it was a $40 order, and I was quite disappointed.

Great eating in the regular customer service usually great. to the last visit. I ordered a sandwich and I had 2 small fiber bands. for the price they pay, it was unacceptable

When I say ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They went over and above to correct my order. The quick turnaround makes me a happy camper. I am a frequent customer and the customer service has always been exceptional but that minor hiccup made it even better! I will forever be a fan!
