The woman at the counter struggled to take our order and it was difficult to understand her due to her mask. We opted for dining in, but our meals were served in bags because they were understaffed and couldn't prepare the dishes. We had no utensils and had to eat straight from the bags, and one item was missing from our order. While the food was decent, it still felt overpriced for what we received. My turkey chili soup was nearly $8, but it was tasty. On a positive note, parking was good.
Far and away the most unprofessional panera I have visited so far. Today is the second time I have shown to get a big order, just to find that they had not begun to prepare them. the personal was not even discarded about it and began to prepare it slowly. Meanwhile, the coworker who put the bathroom, went out and screamed profanities and went into the kitchen to compensate loudly, with the staff that prepared my meal (slowly they down). the commands were both missing items and eating was cold. they are always outside the baked goods. 0/5 stars would not recommend.
After finally receiving my lunch and returning to work, I discovered that they had made my sandwich incorrectly. There was so little meat that it felt almost insulting. While I understand that they can get busy, they seriously need to improve their order management. If they're unable to meet the expectations they've set for online ordering, they might as well consider disabling that feature. This experience highlights a significant issue with management at this location.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The drink I ordered was overpriced and didn't taste like it usually does. On top of that, the customer service was poor. The staff member was either on her phone or chatting with someone about her personal issues and completely ignored me, even when I greeted her with a friendly "hello, how are you?" Overall, it was quite unpleasant.
Ordered from the app at 11:45 to pick up, prepaid. Got to the store at 12:05 and doors were locked. I could see at least three people inside, but they did not unlock the door. We went around to the other doors, but they were all locked. The sign on door said they were open 7am-9pm. We knocked and knocked on the door and finally someone came over, I explained that I had ordered on the app and prepaid, they said it would be 20 minutes! We were on lunch break and could not wait, so I asked for a refund. Manager cancelled the order, but I still don’t have my money back. I have ordered at other locations for years and never had a problem. They acted like it was ok to not open, they should shut down the app if they cannot open.
