Mcdonald's - Durham

The personal is quite good here. but I always check my order after I got it to make sure nothing was forgotten. Eating is generally good. if my order is wrong, they will do it quickly. parking: parking space is small. but has disabled spots. Accessibility: there is a wheelchair ramp and the interieur is wide enough for a wheel chair or accessible roller.

The chicken sandwich was bread, over-fried chicken, 1 pickle slice and was EXTREMELY dry, no sauce was offered. The hamburger was odd, I could almost see thru the meat patty and 1 pickle. The staff was very friendly at the drive thru, it just didn't make up for the horrible food.Food: 1/5

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. On a Wednesday at 10 am there were about 10 people in the lobby waiting for well over 20 minutes and the lady running the register and grabbing orders was so put of her depths. They had one cook in the back who I watched assemble, disassemble and re-assemble a sandwich twice, slow as hell. Yikes. Hey owner, get a whole new crew

Wasn't served. Drive-thru 15 minutes there before time to end breakfast no breakfast. A better end of this would have been I stayed in bed and didn't bother. Now boycotting all McDonald's. You Guys should get your act together.I really didn't need to feel anger on my Sunday breakfast just looking for a sausage biscuit.

Absolutely terrible. This was the slowest mcdonalds i have ever been too. It took 45 MINUTES to come out with people's food. One customer who was there for over an hour waiting for her food asked for a refund and the person just walked away. Completely unprofessional. Would NOT go to this one. And once I gor my food it was COLD.Food: 1/5
