Mcdonald's - Durham

This is one of the most improved business in Durham. The redesign of the interior is remarkable. It is now spacious and bright. The staff inside are very friendly and responsive to those of us who prefer to place an order with a person. The food was warm, delivered quickly and the kids ate it like wild animals. If they've cornered you into a trip to clown town, this is a fine one.

I was the only car in line last night. Ordered my food easily, paid at the first window easily, and then waited approximately 8 minutes for my food. I'm a patient person but it was that nobody was at the pick up window at all. When I finally saw someone itwas a young lady standing behind the counter in the corner on her phone, and when she saw me sitting there at the pickup windowshe decided she was going to figure out what was going on with my food. Then my food came about 4 minutes later.

Seemed to be having some food prep issues. Waited quite a bit at the drive thru to order food then had another hold up just before we got our food. Fries has a few cool ones. Also, getting into this McDonald's was a bit chaotic. They have good signage,it's just an odd parking lot set up

Had to wait a long time and I just got ice cream. Some had been waiting 30 min. Others order wasnt right.

Chicken sandwich Chick-fil-A style.. Chix nuggets small..double check burger.. Worse meal ever..never AGAIN NEVER.. WHOMEVER did the sandwich..taste test.. FIRE EVERYONE INCHARGE.. NEVER..think abot.. Double check burger smatched..nothot. Chix sandwich..not at all warm.. Nuggets..I ear 1. Once I got home.. Dry.... layer of nugget air pocket. No filling.. Drivethru.. Not lunch or rush hours..after work crowd none of the above.. Wanted to try what was being compared to chick fila.. Should really be on 99. Menu..God trust. Macdonald is really REALLY SAD 6/2022
