Mcdonald's - Durham

Slow drive thru with just a few cars in front of me and 2 of 3 employees were very on the point. not necessarily a bad thing, but not as friendly. Eating was what they expect. the building also seemed to need some work. food: 3/5

Every time I was here, I'm asking for no salt. every time they gently put salt on them. this time I went in and asked and they had again a lot of salt on them. my child doesn't like it. I brought them back to the bar and the dame was going to deal with me that there was no salt on the fryed. they think because they don't pour extra salt over them, that means no salt. other mcdonald 's easy give us a frit without salt no problem. they don't even have pills for eating. the manager said we didn't use them anymore. very uncomfortable, unprofessional and uncomfortable employees.

I was given a half cooked burger. I called the store, no answer. Sent an email too, still no answer. Enough said..I will not be back.

Took the grandkids here for lunch on a Wednesday. Service was good and food was the best I've had at a McDonald's in a good while. The staff were quick and friendly. This is hard to find all of the above at a fast food restaurant these days! I had a double quarter pounder and it was perfect. Like they were when they did thier big re-make of the quarter pounder several years ago. I hope this is how they are all the time as they will stand out big-time amongst thier competitors if they perform this well all the time. I don't give 5 star ratings but it felt wrong not to in this case. Keep up the great work!!

This restaurant should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. The staff is unprofessional. The white girl is a bully. I witnessed her hanging out of the drive thru window, being confrontational with a customer in the drive thru. I should have called corporate. I decided not to order. I'll never return.
